Tietosuojaseloste

Yhteydenottolomake. Kun täytät sivuston lomakkeen, tallennamme antamasi nimen, yrityksen, sähköpostiosoitteen, viestin sisällön sekä valinnaisen tiedon siitä, mistä kuulit meistä. Kaikki kentät annat itse.

Kävijätilastot. Tallennamme käydyn sivun polun, mahdollisen viittaavan sivuston sekä osoitteen kampanjatunnisteet (utm-parametrit), jotta tiedämme mikä markkinointi tuo kävijöitä. Emme tallenna IP-osoitetta kävijätilastoihin emmekä käytä evästeitä.

Väärinkäytön esto. IP-osoitetta käytetään lyhytaikaisesti lomakkeen ja tilastoinnin käyttömäärän rajoittamiseen, jotta sivustoa ei voi kuormittaa automaatiolla. Tätä tietoa ei yhdistetä lomakkeen tietoihin.

Sivusto ei käytä evästeitä eikä tallenna mitään selaimesi muistiin (ei evästeitä, ei localStoragea, ei sessionStoragea). Siksi sivustolla ei ole evästebanneria — sellaiselle ei ole tarvetta eikä lakisääteistä perustetta, koska päätelaitteellesi ei tallenneta tietoa.

Emme käytä tietoja automaattiseen päätöksentekoon emmekä profilointiin, emmekä myy tai vuokraa niitä kenellekään.

Yhteydenottojen tiedot säilytetään enintään 24 kuukautta viimeisimmästä yhteydenpidosta, minkä jälkeen ne poistetaan. Jos asiakassuhde syntyy, tietoja säilytetään asiakassuhteen ja kirjanpitolain edellyttämän ajan. Väärinkäytön eston tiedot poistuvat automaattisesti minuuteissa.

Sinulla on oikeus tarkastaa itseäsi koskevat tiedot, oikaista virheelliset tiedot, pyytää tietojen poistamista, rajoittaa tai vastustaa käsittelyä sekä saada tiedot siirrettävässä muodossa. Pyynnöt osoitetaan sähköpostitse: info@aicafinland.com. Vastaamme kuukauden kuluessa.

Contact form. When you submit the form we store the name, company, email address, message and optional "how did you hear about us" that you enter. Every field is supplied by you.

Visit statistics. We record the page path, the referring site if any, and campaign tags (utm parameters) in the address, so we can tell which marketing brings visitors. We do not store IP addresses with visit statistics and we do not use cookies.

Abuse prevention. Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit the form and the tracker so the site cannot be flooded by automation. It is not linked to form submissions.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage. That is why there is no cookie banner: consent is required for storing or reading information on your device, and we do neither.

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell or rent it.

Enquiry data is kept for at most 24 months from our last contact and is then deleted. If a client relationship begins, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as Finnish accounting law requires. Abuse-prevention records expire automatically within minutes.

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Send requests to info@aicafinland.com. We respond within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
